Project Architect

 

Job Description

• Assist licensed architects in developing and refining architectural design concepts by producing digital models and diagrams to support design intent across project phases.

• Create and update architectural, fabrication, and construction drawings using AutoCAD, Rhino, and Revit, with parametric modeling executed through Grasshopper for adaptive and complex forms.

• Prepare detailed construction documentation, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and architectural details, while ensuring accuracy, code compliance, and alignment with project requirements.

• Generate files and technical drawings for digital fabrication processes, applying basic knowledge of material behavior and production methods.

• Conduct research on building codes, zoning, materials, and site conditions to support regulatory compliance and inform technical development.

• Coordinate with licensed architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and fabricators to align drawings, manage RFIs and submittals, and maintain documentation using Microsoft Office and project tracking tools.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, or a related.

Skilled in Rhino, AutoCAD, Revit, Grasshopper.

Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experienced in 3D modeling and parametric design. Knowledgeable in construction documents (plans, sections, elevations, details).

Familiar with fabrication and digital modeling workflows.
